On behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a user research firm is looking for volunteers to provide feedback on the Quality Payment Program (QPP) specific to the PY2019 preliminary scoring feedback experience. This research study is scheduled from September 18-27, 2019.

If you are interested in providing feedback, please click here to schedule a 50-minute one-on-one session at a time that works best for you. You can participate remotely from the comfort of your home or office using a phone and an internet-connected computer.

Below are the details of our upcoming study:

Who: Clinicians, Practice Administrators, and authorized officials who plan to log into the QPP portal after April 1, 2020 to view their individual and/or group’s preliminary MIPS performance feedback for PY2019.

What: A 50-minute interview with researchers, discussing updates to the PY2019 preliminary feedback experience.

When: September 18-27, 2019.

Where: Remote, from the comfort of your home or office using a phone and an internet-connected computer.
